SPD脱离装置的分析与实验研究

摘要 在高(中)压系统的故障引起的暂时过电压和频繁的操作过电压作用下,低压电涌保护器(SPD)在供电线路中会出现工频短路电流,严重时出现燃烧损坏,利用实验方法研究SPD与不同类型脱离装置的匹配方式。依据IEC 61643-11:2011、IEC 61643-1:2005和GB18802.1—2011标准中给出的供电电源的预期工频短路电流幅值与企业标称的预期工频短路电流幅值,模拟实际应用环境中SPD的使用状态,研究SPD在3种常用的匹配方式下的损坏现象。在实验结果的基础上,分析3种匹配方式的损坏机理,指出外部脱离装置与SPD达到合理匹配应考虑的几个关键因素。 Under the application of temporary overvoltages (TOVs) caused by faults in the high (medium) voltage system and frequent operating overvoltage,the surge protective device (SPD)in the low-voltage power distribution systems should produce power frequency short-circuit current and burned up, experimental research is applied in the study on the method of matching SPD with different types of separating device. To research the frequent burning phenomena of SPD in the power supply circuit, experiments are applied to simulate the SPD working state and three types of disconnector device are studied, according to the reference experimental voltage and current given in IEC 61643-11: 2011, IEC 61643-1:2005 and GB 18802.1-2011. This work studies the failure states of three matching methods of SPD, and analyzes the failure mechanism of the three matching types based on experimental results. The results show that several key elements should be considered at least in order to reach reasonable match between the outside disconnector device and SPD.
