摘要
随着机电一体化近年的迅速发展,尤其是微机电(Micro Electrical Mechanical System简称MEMS)的研究不断取得成果,为重大型装备安装定位系统提供了借鉴的基础和理论依据。文中研究的蒸汽发生器安装支撑装置能根据现场安装的需要使蒸汽发生器在X、Y、Z三个方向微位移、绕中心轴线旋转和垂直度的调整;确保蒸汽发生器的3个管嘴与其对应的主管道对中,以及完成蒸汽发生器与永久支撑的安装工作。文章主要针对AP1000蒸汽发生器安装支撑装置机械结构设计和高精度控制系统设计,以及支撑装置如何实现AP1000蒸汽发生器高精度安装要求。
along with mechatronics integration rapid development, especially the research of Micro Electrical Mechanical System has harvested amazing achievement continuously, and which really provides research foundation and theory basis for heavy equipment installation and localization system. The steam generator installation support equipment has ability to make SG move precisely toward to X axis, Y axis and Z axis, rotate around the center axis and adjust perpendicularity. And it ensures that the three nozzles of SG align with the three main pipes respectively. This paper focuses on researching of AP1000 steam generator installation support equipment mechanism design and high precision control system design, also research on how to realize AP1000 steam generator's highly precision installation requirements with AP1000 steam generator installation support equipment.
