摘要
为考察阶梯型直线槽表面织构对轴承钢端面摩擦性能的影响,设计了3种阶梯型直线槽表面织构,建立了均匀分布表面织构密封端面理论模型,利用数值模拟的方法获得了密封端面间气膜的无量纲压力分布,分析了直线槽截面形状和几何参数对平均压力pav的影响。结果表明:Q型直线槽端面比普通R型直线槽端面具有更好的动压性能;直线槽的深度决定最优深度系数和宽度系数;通过合理的选择阶梯槽参数,平均无量纲压力能达到1.602 3。
To study the influence of straight stair groove textures on the friction properties of bearing steel face,3 kinds of straight stair groove surface textures are designed, and the theoretical face seal model within equally distributed straight stair grooves is established, the numerical simulation method is used to obtain the dimensionless pressure distribution of the gas film between the face seal, and the influence of the sectional shape and geometric parameters of the straight groove on the dimensionless average pressure pay is analyzed. The results showed that : surface with Q-type straight groove has a better hydrodynamic properties than surface with ordinary R-type straight groove; the depth of the straight groove determine the optimal depth factor and width factor;the dimensionless average pressure can be 1. 6023 if the parameters choosed reasonable.
