摘要 人工骨支架材料的研究一直是组织工程的主要内容,将经过高温煅烧及研磨过的羊椎骨粉和无毒,易降解的聚乙烯醇(PVA)作为成型材料,应用三维打印技术,选择综合质量较好的十字网格填充路径,通过自行开发的三维打印成型设备打印出不同材料浓度下的人工骨支架,并将其低温冷冻干燥。对其孔径、孔密度,力学性能及生物相容性等重要参数进行测定,分析与对比,挑选出最佳的材料浓度,并将最佳浓度下打印的支架用于骨髓干细胞复合培养和兔子体内植入实验,验证该支架材料代替骨的可行性,为生物骨组织工程材料的研究提供一定的依据。 Research of artificial scaffold material has been the main content of tissue engineering. Taking the sheep vertebrae which is under high temperature calcination and milled , and non-toxic, readily biodegradable polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) as molding material. Adopt three-dimensional printing technology and choose the cross grid filled path which has a better overall quality. We Use self-developed 3D printing equipment to print out scaffolds of different material concentrations, and frozen, dried. After measurement, analysis and comparison of its important parameters, includeing pore size, pore density, mechanical properties and biocompatibility, we picked out the best material concentration. Using the printed composite scaffold under the optimal concentration for bone marrow stem cells culture and in vivo study on rabbits , and then verifying the scaffold material whether it has the properties of bone substitution, which provided a certain basis for the research of biological bone tissue engineering materials.
