少数民族在长期发展过程中,形成了具有自身特点的地方性知识体系,并在认知基础、知识构成与知识传承等方面表现出来。随着现代国家建设的推进,民族地区公民教育必须考虑地方性知识的影响,需要从不同方面来汲取有益因素,并转化为具体的公民政治知识和政治技能。而在其中,建立在民族区域自治制度基础上的多族群协商是重要途径,通过不同民族之间的政治协商和交流融合,发掘民族区域自治制度的潜力,能为公民教育和少数民族知识性知识之间架设有机纽带实现双向互构,从而建设各民族共有的精神家园,推动不同民族间和谐共处关系的实现。

In long process of development, ethnic groups formed local knowledge system with its own characteristics, and showed in the knowledge of cognitive basis, ethnic composition and the transmission of knowledge and other aspects of performance. With the advance of the construction of modern state, national citizens in the area of education must consider the impact of local knowledge, to absorb useful factors from different aspects, and it can be transformed into specific civil political knowledge and political skills, including multi ethnic negotiation based on regional national autonomy. The consultative politics and exchanges and integration among different ethnic groups , explore the existing system of regional ethnic autonomy potential for organic link erected between civic education and minority intellectual knowledge, realize the two-way mutual construction, the national construction of common spiritual home, promote harmonious coexistence between different nations for relational implementation.
