摘要
目的以没食子酸、总黄酮和鞣质为指标,测定不同产地老鹳草药材中3种有效成分的含量。方法采用HPLC法、磷钼钨酸-干酪素比色法、UV法分别测定老鹳草中的没食子酸、总黄酮和鞣质。结果分别对8个不同产地药材中有效成分的含量进行了测定,没食子酸的含量范围为0.047%~0.294%,鞣质为1.08%~2.02%,总黄酮为0.87%~1.83%。结论所用方法的准确度和重复性良好,方法验证符合要求,不同产地老鹳草药材中没食子酸、鞣质及总黄酮的含量存在较大差异,说明环境综合机制对老鹳草中有效成分含量具有明显影响。
OBJECTIVE To determine the contents of gallic acid, total flavonoids and tannins in Geranii herba (GH) from the different origins. METHODS The analytical method for the gallic acid, total flavonoids and tannins was established by HPLC, Tungsten molybdophosphate - casein colorimetric method and UV, respectively. RESULTS The content ranges of gallic acid, total flavonoids and tannins in GH from eight different regions were from 0. 047% to 0. 294% , 1.08% to 2.02% ,0.87% to 1.83% , respec- tively. CONCLUSION The methods of the active component contents in GH has good accuracy and repeatability, and the method validation is up to the requirement. The contents of gallic acid ,total flavonoids and tannins in GH from the different origins varied notably.which indicates that the regional features obviously influenced on the active component contents in GH.
