摘要
目的考察番泻苷在体外的稳定性。方法将番泻苷A与B分别溶解于不同pH的磷酸盐缓冲液中,采用经典恒温法,用反相HPLC法测定番泻苷A与B在不同温度下不同时间点的浓度变化,并在此基础上考察番泻苷A与B 70℃时在不同有机溶剂中的稳定性。结果番泻苷A与B在不同pH条件下的稳定性不同,以pH4~7较为稳定。结论番泻苷A与B在不同条件下稳定性的差异,可为番泻苷及其相关制剂的研究提供参考。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the in vitro stability of sennoside. METHODS Sennoside was dissolved in phosphate buffer solutions of the different pH values; classical isothermal method was employed. The content of sennoside was determined by RP - HPLC ; then the stability of the drug in different organic solvents at 37 ℃ was investigated. RESULTS The stability of sennoside was different in the different pH values and was stable in the condition of pH4 - 7. CONCLUSION The stability of sennoside is different in different conditions. It can provide a reference to the study on sennoside and its preparation.
