利用水资源创建城市生态湿地景观探讨

Creating urban ecological wetland landscapes by using water resources

通过介绍河南省濮阳县金堤河国家湿地公园基本现状和自然景观,分析其存在问题,从湿地定位、建设思路和水资源协调利用等三方面探索湿地建设理念,结合沿河绿化带、拦河闸、生态工程和科普宣教设施等湿地建设内容,创造出优美水利环境和视觉景观,使河道与休闲合二为一,达到风景优美、生态协调的效果,树立资源优化配置、水资源和环境优先服务与城市建设的理念,突出水利工程环境功能和美学价值,对预期产生的生态效益、经济效益和社会效益进行了预测,论证了湿地建设的必要性。

This paper introduces the current situation and natural landscapes of Jindi River National Wetland Park in Puyang County, Henan Province. It further analyzes the park＇s existing problems and explores the construction idea of wetland from three aspects including wetland positioning, construction idea and coordinating and using of water resources. Together with the construction of riverside green belt, barrage, ecological engineering and facilities for science popularization, it is to create beautiful water environment and landscapes so that strong effect of beautiful landscapes and ecological harmony could be reached by combining the recreational function of the river channel with its fundamental function. It points out that people should have the idea that resources allocation should be optimized and priority should be given to urban service and construction concerning water resources and environment. It further stresses the environmental function and aesthetic value of hydraulic works, predicts expected ecological, economic and social benefits, and demonstrates the necessity of wetland construction.
