定远县吴圩水厂管网监控系统构建与应用

摘要 吴圩水厂管网监控系统采用压力敏感度经验分析方法在配水管网大管段交叉处、管网末梢最不利点、主要用水区域等管段建设了19个压力监测点。系统基于无线通信方式实时采集配水管网监测点的压力值,对配水管网路由、管道信息与采集数据进行分图层可视化展示;通过数据分析进行压力突变、低值、高值、通信中断等报警;对水厂基本信息、采集数据进行分析、查询、图表生成、报表等信息管理。系统采用地图引擎技术、Ajax技术与双层实时数据表,提高系统访问速度与数据实时性;优选性价比与防护等级高的压力传感器,降低建设成本;组态软件支持远程异地维护,降低运行维护费用;支持多种接口,满足与区域级监管系统快速对接的需求。 For the monitoring system of water distribution network in Wuxu Water Works, the method for pressure- sensitivity empirical analysis is adopted. 19 pressure monitoring points have been set at the crossing of the major distribution pipelines, the most unfavorable points of network end and major water consumption area. The system is based on wireless communication mode to collect the real-time pressure value at the monitoring points of water distribution network. Layer visualization demonstration within the system is used to show the routing of water distribution network, pipeline information and the collected data. The alarms such as sudden change, low value, high value and communication outage are given through data analysis. The system can carry out information management concerning the analysis, inquiry, generating diagrams or reports of the basic information and the collected data from water treatment plant. It adopts the technologies, such as map search engine, Ajax and double-layer real-time data table to improve system visiting speed and the real-time data. Preference is given to the pressure sensors with good cost performance and high protection level so as to lower construction cost. Its configuration software supports remote maintenance and cuts down operation and maintenance cost. Available for diversified interfaces, the system can meet the demand for its fast connection with regional monitoring system.
