摘要
以对硝基氯苯为起始原料,经取代和还原反应制得4-氨基-N,N-二羟乙基苯胺(3);3与芳香醛经缩合反应合成了4个新型的席夫碱衍生物(5a^5d),其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR,IR,MALDI-TOF MS,元素分析和X-射线单晶衍射(5a)表征。利用FL研究了5a^5c的荧光性能。实验结果表明:5a在210 nm波长激发下,在232 nm,283 nm和338 nm出现发射峰;在230 nm波长激发下,5b和5c的发射峰分别位于253 nm和324 nm,258 nm和323 nm。
2,2'-(4-Amino) diethanol(3) was prepared by substitution reaction and reduction from 4- chloronitrobenzene. Four novel Schiff base derivatives(5a ~ 5d) were synthesized by condensation re- action of 3 with aromatic aldehydes. The structures were characterized by 1^H NMR, 13^C NMR, IR, MALDI-TOF MS, elemental analysis and X-ray single crystal diffraction(Sa). The fluorescence prop- erties of 5a ~ 5c were investigated. The results showed that λmax of 5a were 232 nm, 283 nm and 338 nm under excitation of 210 nm. Under excitation of 230 nm, λmax of 5b and 5c were 253 nm and 324 nm, 258 nm and 323 nm, respectively.
