依据城乡居民不同收入来源所做的城乡基尼系数测算与分解表明,工资性收入和转移性收入成为城乡收入差距最大的影响因素;而基于灰色关联的实证检验表明,政府的城市偏向型经济政策是造成城乡收入差距扩大的主要政策原因。因此,缩小城乡收入差距需要调整政府的城市偏向型经济政策,以及制定更加均衡和谐的发展战略。

According to the Gini coefficient counter- measure and decomposition by different kinds of income, wage income and transferring income are the main factors affecting the income gap between urban and rural areas. The empirical proof based on grey relational analysis suggests that urban - biased e- conomic policy mainly caused the income gap between urban and rural areas in policy reason. Therefore, it is necessary to forge a more balanced and harmonious development strategy.
