摘要
介绍了行星齿轮减速器虚拟样机设计流程,通过Pro/E软件对行星齿轮系进行了参数化建模。基于Hertz接触理论,利用ADAMS软件对其虚拟样机进行了动力学仿真,仿真结果表明,行星轴平均受力及行星轮啮合力与理论值相比,平均误差分别为0.21%和2.4%,验证了仿真结果的准确性,并得到了行星轴及行星轮最小设计安全系数,为行星齿轮减速器的优化设计提供了参考依据。
It set tbrth the design flow of virtual prototype of planetary gear re&leer, and the parametric model is created [or the planetary gea." system by Pro/E software. Based on the Hertz Cc.ntael theory, the dynatnie simulation is also carried out, and the result shows that the average error of mean force on planetary axle is 0.21%, while that is 2.4% of the meshing force by comparing wilh theoretical value. Therefore,, it verifies the cotTectness of simulation. Additionally, the mininum safety faetors of planelary axle and planetary gear are gained, which provides the reference for the optimizing design of planetary reducer.
