摘要
以某2250 mm双机架不锈钢炉卷轧机机组中立辊轧机的传动侧主减速机为研究对象,计算该主减速机输出端的最大输出力矩;通过理论推导,得出满足传递载荷所需的最小有效过盈量和在保证联接件强度条件下所允许的最大有效过盈量,并应用ANSYS建立起输出端轴和联轴套的有限元模型,通过仿真得到了联接件在不同过盈量下的应力变化情况。
Hegarding the main gear reducer at operator side of edger mill in 2250 mm double-stand stainless steel steekel mill as the research item, it describes the calculation about maximum output torque at output end of main gear reducer unit. By theoretical derivation, it obtains the minimum efieetive shrink range necessary to meet the transmitted load and the maximum effective shrink range permitted under the condition of ensuring the connection strength. ANSYS is also used to create FEA model abont output end shaft and coupling bush, and then it concludes how the connection stress has been changed under different shrink ranges by such simulation.
