摘要
目的实现新生儿培养箱恒温系统的自适应PID控制。方法利用简单的试验条件,建立PID控制近似数学模型;基于PID控制近似数学模型,再利用Matlab工具软件,根据传统的PID整定方法实现系统的PID控制。结果实现了新生儿培养箱温度的PID控制。结论新生儿培养箱温度PID控制的实现对保证仪器的高精度、高稳定性以及高安全性有着重要意义。
Objective To realize the PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) control of the neonatal incubator. Methods The PID-controlled approximate mathematical model was established with utilization of simple experimental conditions. And then the Matlab software was applied to realize the systematic PID control according to the traditional P1D tuning method. Results PID control of the temperature in the neonatal incubator was realized. Conclusion PID control of the temperature in the neonatal incubator played a significant role in ensuring the high precision, stability and security of the instrument.
