摘要
目的探讨高频彩色超声在诊断肌肉损伤中的应用价值。方法采用高频彩色超声对315例肌肉损伤患者进行检查,计算超声诊断肌肉挫伤、血肿、肌肉断裂、肌疝的灵敏度、特异度及准确度。结果高频彩色超声诊断肌肉挫伤、血肿、肌肉断裂、肌疝的灵敏度分别为91.4%、87.1%、89.1%、84.6%,特异度分别为92.1%、98.2%、98.5%、100.0%,而准确度分别为91.7%、94.9%、97.1%、98.7%。结论高频彩超对肌肉挫伤、血肿、肌肉断裂、肌疝等具有较高的诊断灵敏度、特异度和准确度,可作为肌肉损伤检查的首选影像学方法。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of application of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of soft tissue injury (STI) of muscles. Methods High-frequency color Doppler ultrasound scanning was performed in 315 patients with STI of muscles so as to calculate the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of ultrasound in diagnosis of muscle contusion, hematoma, rupture and hernia. Results The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of muscle contusion, hematoma, rupture and hernia were respectively 91.4%, 87.1%, 89.1%, 84.6% versus 92.1%, 98.2%, 98.5%, 100.0% versus 91.7%, 94.9%, 97.1% and 98.7%. Conclusion High-frequency color Doppler ultrasound proved its excellent sensitivity, specificity and accuracy in diagnosis of muscle contusion, hematoma, rupture and hernia, which could be considered as a first-choice imageology method for examination of ST1 of muscles.
