Through strengthening the construction of related information systems for the peri-operative period and optimizing the operation of business processes, the hospital set the key business contacts and achieved the elosod-loop management of medical services during the peri-operative period, which promoted the transformation of the medical quality control from the supervision mode to the prevention mode. The highly-sharing medical information realized the tractability of the responsibility during full-process operation services, which could prevent medical disputes effectively and improve core competitiveness of the hospital.
