住院患者医疗耗材费用的变化趋势及影响因素

Change Trend and Influence Factors of Medical Consumable Costs for Hospitalized Patients

回顾性分析住院患者的临床资料,分析医疗耗材费用的变化趋势及影响因素。依2009~2013年的时间推移,医疗费用、医疗耗材费用、医疗耗材费用百分比、材料费个人自负比例均显著增加,而制度内材料费自负比例显著减少,住院患者医疗耗材费用呈上升趋势。年龄、参保类型、医院类型、病症类型、手术情况、合并症、并发症、住院时间均是住院患者医疗耗材费用的影响因素。

Through retrospective analysis of the clinical data of hospitalized patients who had been treated in the hospital from 2009 to 2013, the change trend and influence factors of medical consumable costs for hospitalized patients were analyzed. The medical expense, medical consumable cost and its percentage as well as the individual self-paid percentage of material costs remarkably increased from 2009 to 2013; while, the in-system percentage of material costs greatly decreased; medical consumable expenses of hospitalized patients were increasing. The influence factors of medical consumable costs for hospital patients included age, insurance type, hospital type, disease type, surgical conditions, comorbidities, complications and hospitalization time.
