摘要 针对原煤仓现用的两种内衬材料进行了对比分析,结果显示,在壁面与水平面交角为70°时,内衬超高分子量聚乙烯板和不锈钢板都能满足下料顺畅的要求。内衬超高分子量聚乙烯板的光滑性、耐磨性更好;内衬不锈钢板的经济性更好,且整块焊接不易脱落。在贮存褐煤时,内衬不锈钢板安全性更高。 Comparison and analysis are made between two types of lining materials currently used in the raw coal bunker,the results indicate that,when the included angle between the wall surface and the horizontal surface is 70°,both lining materials,the ultra-high molecular weight PE sheet and stainless steel sheet,can meet the requirements for smooth discharging. The lining material of ultra-high molecular weight PE sheet features better smoothness and friction resistance; the lining material of stainless steel sheet features better economy,and if welded in one piece it is not easy to peel off. For storage of lignite coal,the lining material of stainless steel features higher safety.
