湿法磷酸装置设计工程数据的采集和计算

摘要 针对湿法磷酸装置设计时核心设备规格的确定,介绍了磷酸反应槽和真空过滤机的工程数据的采集和计算,包括反应槽规格搅拌桨装机容量、应移走的反应热、反应热蒸发的水量,磷酸料浆采用空气冷却应鼓入的空气量,真空冷却时闪蒸室的蒸发强度,真空泵电动机功率的配置,以及真空过滤机洗涤水量等,以加速工程设计进度。 For the sizing of critical equipment for wet-process phosphoric acid plant,the gathering of engineering data and calculations for the phosphoric acid reactor and vacuum filter is outlined,including the reactor sizing,installed capacity of the agitator,reaction heat to be removed,volume of water evaporated by the reaction heat,volume of air to be blown in as air cooling for phosphoric acid slurry,evaporation strength in the flash chamber during vacuum cooling,provision of motor power for the vacuum pump,as well as scrubbing water volume for the vacuum filter,so as to speed up the engineering design progress.
