摘要
介绍了云峰分公司产能为110kt/a硝铵磷复合肥装置,生产中出现疤块率高、粒度差、抗压强度小、粉料多等问题。通过一系列的改造措施,达到疤块率小于1.5%;产品粒度在1.0~2.8mm的颗料分布率大于95%;颗粒抗压强度50~60N,技改取得良好的效果。
The problems occurred in the 110 kt / a ammonium nitrate compound fertilizer plant of Yunfeng Branch are outlined,including high caking rate,poor particle size,small compression strength,and more powder. Through a series of revamp measures,the caking rate is less than 1. 5%; the particle size distribution of particles with particle size between 1. 0 ~ 2. 8 mm is more than 95%; compression strength of the particles is 50 ~ 60 N,so that the technical revamp has achieved excellent effect.
