努力构建和确立中国的话语体系——从《日本学刊》的“三个同步”说开去

《日本学刊》创刊30年来,取得了很大成就,一个重要原因就是在办刊实践中做到了"三个同步":第一个同步是与日本研究同步,第二个同步是与我国的对日交往同步,第三个同步是与国家哲学社会科学的发展同步。构建和确立属于我们自己的话语体系,是中国哲学社会科学责无旁贷的历史使命。从总体上来说,当前我国哲学社会科学的进步还跟不上实践发展的要求。要把创新贯穿到办刊的各个方面,着力提升学术原创能力,力争在一些重大问题的研究上取得突破,推出更多有世界影响的学术成果和代表人物。

In that context, effort should be made to make innovation running through all the aspects of the publication, in order that the academic originality can be improved, breakthrough can be gained in key issues and more world -renowned academic masterpieces and leading scholars can be presented.
