中国魔芋种植业如何应对日本重返缅甸 被引量:8

How Does the Konjac Industry in China Deal With the Situation of Japanese Rival Back to Myanmar

摘要 珠芽魔芋葡甘聚糖含量高、粘度大,适宜缅甸高温高湿热区环境生长。因品种多样、气候适宜、土壤肥沃、降雨充沛、人力成本低、土地廉价等独特优势,日本同行加快了入缅的步伐。本文对中日2国魔芋界在缅甸市场的竞争提出应对建议。 Amorphophallus bulbifer is more suitable for high temperature and humidity environmental in Myanmar and the other South-east Asia countries for its higher content of Glucan-mannan glycan and better viscosity . The Japanese rival already choose A. bulbifer as official development assistance for Myanmar government for its abundant species resources, suitable environmental, fertilizer soil, enough rainfall, lower land and human power cost. Several ways how to cope with the situation are suggested in this paper.
