摘要
郑徐铁路客运专线是首次大规模采用CRTSⅢ型先张法预应力混凝土轨道板铺设的无砟轨道线路,轨道板预制、铺设精调以及自密实混凝土施工工艺、工装设备及施工效率、质量控制等都需要进行有针对性的研究。无砟轨道施工前,通过对正在施工的CRTSⅢ型后张法预应力混凝土轨道板铺设线路的参观学习,进行板场规划建设、线下工艺性揭板试验、专家评估验收、应用BIM技术管理,施工各项技术参数符合相关技术条件要求,工装设备满足作业要求,已正式上线施工的无砟轨道试验段满足设计要求。
As it is the first time to use extensively CRTS type Ⅲ pretensioned and prestressed concrete track slab on the ballastless track of Zheng - Xu dedicated passenger railway, track slab preeasting, installation fine adjustment, self compacting concrete construction technology, tooling equipment, construction efficiency and quality control need to be studies in detail. Before the construction of ballastless track, a construction site is visited. All technical parameters employed in the construction are proved in compliance with the technical specifications, and the plants and equipment meet therequirements of based on slab yard planning and construction, off-line process test, expert assessment and acceptance, application of BIMtechnical management.
