摘要
新建铁路与既有铁路以小角度交叉时,为减小结构跨度、结构高度、施工高度和运营铁路上方施工作业时间,多采用钢横梁混凝土立柱组合框架墩结构。以连盐线跨越既有陇海铁路为工程实践,分析控制结构设计的各项指标及钢横梁的预拱度设置,介绍钢横梁与混凝土立柱先铰结后刚接的体系转换形式,创新地提出新型临时支撑—钢球铰的理念,阐述墩梁结合处的节点设计与施工关键技术。
Composite frame pier structures with steel beam and concrete column are often adopted where a new line is crossing over the existing railway at a small angle to reduce the span and height of the structure, the construction height, shorten the time for construction over the operating railway line. With reference to Lian- Yan Line (Lianyungang- Yancheng ) crossing over the existing Longhai Railway (Lanzhou-Lianyungang) , this paper analyzes the indexes of structure design and the camber setting of steel beam, addresses the system transformation between the steel beam and concrete column, i. e. , from hinging to rigid connection, and puts forward a creative temporary supporting concept of steel ball hinge, and details on the joint where the pier and the beam are connected and some key construction technologies.
