摘要
针对本试验镍矿石品位低、粒度细的特性,采用分支(两支)浮选工艺来提高人选矿石品位的流程对该矿石进行了深入研究。通过研究,采用新合成抑制剂GL-2,分支浮选闭路试验可获得镍精矿品位5.18%、回收率74.16%的较好指标,按硫化矿计回收率高达96.56%。在镍精矿品位保持基本不变的情况下,分支浮选比单支浮选药剂用量降低10%-34%不等,产率提高0.34%,回收率提高5.89%,效果较好,对同类型矿产资源的综合利用具有较好的推广应用价值。
In order to improve the nickel grade of feed with the characteristics of low nickel grade and fine particle, a branch flotation flowsheet was developed. The new compound GL-2 synthesized in the laboratory was adopted as depressant. The closed-circuit test of branch flotation achieved concentrate with nickel grade of 5.18% and recovery of 74. 16% ,which means 96.56% of nickel sulfide ores were recovered. Under the circumstance of almost the same grade of nickel concentrate, compared to the traditional flow sheet, the branch flotation could reduce 10%-34% of reagents consumption and the recovery of branch flotation increased by 5.89% with a little mass recovery of 0. 34%. The result is satisfactory, which has good popularization and application value for the comprehensive utiliza- tion of the same type of mineral resources.
