非洲某铜矿石中钴难选因素的矿物学研究

Mineralogical Study on the Refractory Factors of Cobalt in a Copper Ore Originated from Africa

针对该矿石选矿中,钴精矿品位低,钴回收率低的问题,通过多种手段对该矿石进行系统的工艺矿物学研究,分析出钴难选的主要因素为矿石中含钴矿物种类多、钴的赋存状态复杂、钴矿物含杂较高、钴矿物嵌布关系复杂、粒度分布不均匀等。

Aiming at problems of low-grade cobalt concentrate, low recovery rate of cobalt in the ore dressing, miner- alogical study on the refractory factors of cobalt in the copper ore is carried out by multiple methods. The conclusion showedthat mineral varieties in ore, complex occurrence state of cobalt;, high content of impurities in eobahminer- als, the complex embedded features of eobahmlnerals the nonuniform grain size of cobalt minerals, etc. are the main refractory factors.
