摘要 石墨烯是仅由一个原子层厚的C原子构成的二维纳米碳材料,具有独特的光学、电学、力学和热学等性质,在生物医药、生物传感器、透明导电薄膜、电子器件、能源存储和催化等领域展现出巨大的应用前景,使其成为纳米生物医学领域研究的热点。目前有关石墨烯及其衍生物的研究主要集中在其物理学、化学和材料学领域,而石墨烯及其衍生物在生物医学领域的研究工作才刚刚开始。简述了石墨烯的特性、制备方法以及在生物医学领域的最新进展,包括生物成像、药物和基因载体、光热治疗、抗菌材料及组织工程支架等,并就该领域未来的发展进行了展望。 Graphene is a two-dimensional carbon material, which is composed of monolayer of carbon atoms tightly packed into hexagonal symmetry. Because of its extraordinary optical, electrical, mechanical and thermal properties, graphene has been widely applied in biomedicine, biosensor, transparent conductive film, electron device, energy storage, catalysis and becomes the research focus of nano-biomedicine. The present study of graphene and its derivatives is mainly concentrated on the field of physics, chemistry and materials, but it has just begun on the biomedical field. This study mainly focuses on the preparation, applications and latest biomedical progress of graphene-based composite materials including biological imaging, drug and gene loading, photothermal therapy, antibacterial materials and scaffolds for tissue engineering. And we also dis- cuss the prospects and future trend in this field.
