摘要
多层次资本市场体系为解决中小企业融资难题、加快产业集聚、促进区域经济增长提供了平台,是推动地方经济发展的重要力量。目前我国各地方性资本市场建设方兴未艾。本文在梳理德国地方性资本市场发展路径的基础上,从交易制度、产品和监管等方面分析了地方性资本市场的发展模式,提出了推动我国地方性资本市场发展的政策建议。
Multi-tier capital market system offers a significant platform to solve SMEs financing problems, accelerates industrial agglomeration and promotes regional economic growth. In recent years, there is a growing trend to construct regional stock exchanges in China. This paper analyzes the history and organization of regional capital markets in Germany, including establishing different market segments and providing much wider variety of financial products. Based on the experience of Germany, we put forward a proposal for building China＇s regional capital markets.
