This paper introduces the design plan of sludge deep dehydration process with the case of Foshan Ronggui No.2 Wastewater Treatment Plant project. And on the basis of investigation the owner units operating habits, the sludge adjustment process before deep dehydration is optimized to save the covering and the project investment effectively, which may provide examples & references for optimizing design & operating management of similar projects.
