探讨标志牌龙门架选型的跨径分界点

摘要 标志牌龙门架在各类道路中大量应用,龙门架类型选择不仅影响工程造价,也与结构安全密切相关。如20 m跨径的桁架式门架比小门架结构受力更加合理,其用钢量反而节约30%左右。以上海地区为例,采用统计方法分析2类常用门架钢材用量与跨径的关系,寻找最佳的跨径分界点,达到总结、参考的目的。 Being widely used in different kinds of roads, the choice of the gantry frame of traffic sign post not only affects the project cost, but also relates to structure safety closely. For instance, truss type portal with 20 m span is more reasonable than the small portal structure about the stress aspect, and the steel consumption quantity of the former is saved about 30% compared with the later. Taking Shanghai area for example, the relationships between 2 kinds of common portals' steel consumption quantities and the spans are analyzed by statistical approach, and the best span dividing point is searched for to arrive at the aims of summary and reference.
