乌克兰危机爆发以来,俄罗斯经济持续动荡,在美欧联手多轮制裁下更是岌岌可危。在理论界,关于俄罗斯动荡对世界影响的讨论可谓众说纷纭,尤其关注国际能源市场的变化与发展趋势。为了更加清晰地分析世界经济新平衡的特征,需要厘清美国霸权在其中的作用,并结合乌克兰危机、俄罗斯动荡、美欧制裁之间的关系,对未来发展趋势做出合理评估与判断。

Since the Ukraine Crisis, the Russian economy is continuously turbulent, and even hangs by a thread under sanctions imposed by the U.S.A and European nations. In theoretical circles, opinions of the influence to the world by Russian turmoil vary, especially in terms of the change and developmental tendencies to the international energy market. For the sake of analyzing the characteristic of the new balance in world economy more precisely, clarifying the functions of U.S hegemony in it is required. Meanwhile combining the relationship among Ukraine crisis, Russian turmoil, US and European sanctions, it is necessary to make reasonable evaluation and judgment to the development tendency in future.
