血浆SCUBE1水平与新疆哈萨克族原发性高血压的相关性研究

摘要 目的探讨新疆哈萨克族(以下简称哈族)原发性高血压(EH)患者中新型血小板活化蛋白血浆内皮生长因子样单链蛋白1相关补体Clr/Cls单肽(SCUBE1)在血浆中的水平变化与其血压的相关性。方法选择哈族EH患者73例为EH组,选择同期所获得的哈族血压正常者73例为对照组。测定研究对象的血压、体质量指数等一般情况,检测空腹血糖(FBG)、尿酸、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇等生化指标;血浆SCUBE1水平测定采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法;分析血压水平与血浆SCUBE1水平的相关性。结果 EH组和对照组FBG差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。哈族EH组中血浆SCUBE1水平表达明显高于对照组[EH组(97.32±12.22)ng/mL、对照组(63.13±12.03)ng/mL(P<0.01)],相关分析显示其水平与EH组收缩压、舒张压均呈正相关(P<0.01),但与生化指标缺乏相关性。结论本研究显示哈族EH患者血浆SCUBE1升高,EH与血浆SCUBE1有一定相关性。
