摘要
目的:探讨Rap1b在人非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达及与临床病理特征的关系。方法:采用免疫组化法检测65例非小细胞肺癌组织和52例癌旁组织中Rap1b的表达,分析其与临床病理特征之间的关系。结果:Rap1b在65例非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达率为72.3%,明显高于癌旁组织23.1%(P<0.05)。与肿瘤分化程度明显相关(P<0.05)。结论:Rap1b在非小细胞肺癌中高表达,提示其可能发挥癌基因的功能。
Objective：To study the expression and clinical significance of Rap1b in non-small cell lung carcino-ma（NSCLC）. Methods：Expression of Rap1b was detected by immunohistochemistry in 65 patients with NSCLC com-pared with noncancerous tissues. The relationship between its expression and clinical features were analyzed. Results：The positive expression rate of Rap1b in NSCLC was 72. 3%,which was significantly higher than that of noncancerous tissue（23. 1%）. And it was significantly related to histological differentiation. Conclusion：Rap1b highly expressed in NSCLC implicated it might play an oncogene role in the NSCLC development.
