摘要
Vssohibin-1(VASH1)作为新近发现的的蛋白因子,其具有负反馈调节血管生成作用,是由血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)、成纤维生长因子2(fibroblast growth factor-2,FGF2)等诱导产生,在多种肿瘤血管生成中扮演着重要的角色,不但可以抑制肿瘤的血管生成,而且对于肿瘤淋巴管生成和淋巴结转移也有强大的抑制作用,提示其有望成为相关肿瘤诊断和治疗的分子标志物以及分子靶向治疗的有效蛋白因子。
Vasohibin-1(VASH1)is induced in response to angiogenesis stimuli such as vascular endothelial factor (VEGF)and fibroblast growth-2(FGF-2),has recently been isolated as a novel negative feedback inhibitor of an-giogenesis. It plays important roles in the development of various tumors ,such as inhibit angiogenesis,tumor lym-phangiogenesis and lymphatic metastasis,it would polentially be a biomarker and a candidate for molecular targeted therapy for patients wirh cancer in the future.
