摘要
我国高校知识产权教育起步较晚,有关本科知识产权教育教学的研究,目前更多地体现为诸如培养目标如何定位、专业如何设置以及培养体系怎样构建等问题的探讨,而对较为具体化之相关课程教学安排的深入考虑,少有涉及。本文以《著作权法》的新修订为契机,结合自身教学实践,通过对高校法学专业著作权法本科教学的现状及完善进行初步分析与探索,盼能对相应课程的教学质量提升有所裨益。
In China, the education of university intellectual property has a late start. In terms of its researches, more focus so far has been on how to location the training objectives, how to set up the majors and the training system, etc. rather than the in - depth consideration of course teaching arrangement, This paper, taking the changes of copyright law in China as an opportunity, explored and analyzed the current situation and improvement of the teaching of copyright law as an undergraduate course, hoping to improve its teaching quality.
