摘要
以恰玛古为原料,研究恰玛古粗多糖的纯化工艺及其运动小鼠抗疲劳活性。恰玛古多糖蛋白脱除的最佳工艺条件为蛋白酶添加量130 U/m L,酶解温度40℃,酶解时间80 min,p H 5.2,此条件下恰玛古多糖蛋白脱除率达到96%。恰玛古粗多糖脱色的最佳工艺条件为活性炭添加量2.5%,温度50℃,吸附时间40 min。通过测定小鼠的负重游泳时间、血尿素氮含量,研究恰玛古多糖对运动小鼠的抗疲劳活性。结果表明,恰玛古多糖延长小鼠负重游泳时间,降低血清尿素氮含量。恰玛古多糖对运动小鼠具有较好的抗疲劳作用。
Using the Qamgur as the row material, mainly discuss thepurification process and anti-fatigue activity of polysaccharides. The optimum condition was that Qamgur polysaccharide protein removal ofprotease added amount 130 U/ mL, reaction temperature 40℃, hydrolysis time 80 min, pH 5.2. Under these conditions, Qamgur polysaccharide protein removal rate reached 96%. Qamgur polysaccharides discolored optimum condition for 2.5% of the added amount of activated carbon, temperature 50℃, and adsorption time 40 min. The anti-fatigue fimction of polysaccharide from Qamgur was tested by the weight-loaded swimming time and the blood urea nitrogen content of mice. It showed that the polysaccharide from Qamgur could extend the weight-loaded swimming time and lower the blood urea nitrogen content. The polysaccharide from Qamgur has a good anti-fatigue function.
