Determination of acetaldehyde in air of workplace by capillary gas chromatography

摘要 目的建立作业场所空气中乙醛的溶剂解吸毛细管气相色谱法。方法以硅胶管吸附空气中的乙醛,用甲醇解吸,采用HP-INNOWAX色谱柱分离,FID检测器检测。结果方法的线性范围为39~780μg/ml,回归方程为y=2.127 3x-8.486 3(r=0.999 9),检出限为0.6μg/ml,解吸效率为88.4%~93.3%,相对标准偏差为1.4%~2.0%。结论该方法快速、灵敏、准确,适用于作业场所空气中乙醛的检测。 Objective To establish a capillary gas chromatography me/hod for the determination of acetaldehyde in the air of workplace by solvent desorption. Methods Acetaldehyde in air was absorbed by silicone tube and methanol was used for solvent desorption, then the sample was analyzed by GC (FID) with HP-INNOWAX capillary column. Results The linear range was 39-780 μg/ml,the linear equation was y=2.127 3x-8.486 3 (r=0.999 9),the limit of detection was 0.6 p,g/ml (3S/N),the desorption efficiency was 88.4%-93.3%, and RSD's (n=6) were 1.4%-2.0%. Conclusion This method is rapid,sensitive, accurate and applicable to the determination of acetaldehyde in air of workplace.
