AF-C型阻菌式低噪声吸氧管与传统吸氧管细菌污染的临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨AF-C型阻菌式低噪声吸氧管其临床应用效果,为临床氧疗患者提供舒适安全的吸氧装置,有效控制医院感染。方法选取2013年5-8月入住医院呼吸科需长期氧疗的120例患者,分别分为试验组与对照组,各60例;试验组AF-C型阻菌式低噪声吸氧管,对照组使用传统的吸氧管,分别在第5天进行病原菌培养,并比较氧疗期间患者舒适度情况,数据采用SPSS 10.0软件进行统计分析。结果对照组患者中病原菌阳性检出率达18.3%,试验组患者中病原菌阳性检出率为0;两组患者的舒适度进行调查显示,试验组患者满意度高达96.7%,而对照组满意度仅为60.0%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 AF-C低噪声阻菌式吸氧管可有效防止病原菌污染,患者舒适度高,可有效控制因吸氧引起的医院感染。 OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical effect of use of in the AF‐C filtering‐bacteria aspirating oxygen tube with low noise so as to offer the clinical oxygen therapy patients the comfortable and safe oxygen aspiration appa‐ratus and effectively control iatrogenic infections .METHODS A total of 120 patients who were hospitalized in the respiratory department from May 2013 to Aug 2013 and needed to receive long‐term oxygen therapy were enrolled in the study and divided into the experimental group and the control group ,with 60 cases in each .The experimen‐tal group was treated with the AF‐C filtering‐bacteria aspirating oxygen tube with low noise ,while the control group was treated with the traditional aspirating oxygen tube .The culture of pathogens was carried out on day 5 , the comfort degree was compared between the two groups during the oxygen therapy ,and the statistical analysis of data was performed with the use of SPSS 10 .0 software .RESULTS The positive rate of detection of pathogens was 18 .3% in the control group ,0 in the experimental group .The survey of the comfort degree showed that the pa‐tients&#39;satisfaction was 96 .7% in the experimental group ,60 .0% in the control group ,and there was significant difference between the two groups (P〈0 .05) .CONCLUSION The AF‐C filtering‐bacteria aspirating oxygen tube with low noise can effectively prevent the bacterial contamination and control the nosocomial infections due to the oxygen aspiration ,with the comfort degree high .
