摘要
为研究及评价不同应力吸收层的综合性能,在对国内外应力吸收层研究学习的基础上,选取5种典型的应力吸收层进行系统试验研究。研究包括橡胶沥青、改性乳化沥青、土工格栅、聚酯玻纤布及Strata应力吸收层5种典型应力吸收层,对它们分别进行拉拔试验、剪切试验、低温小梁弯曲及疲劳试验,通过拉拔强度、抗剪强度、断裂能及疲劳寿命等指标评价它们的黏结性能、抗剪性能、低温性能及疲劳性能。最后对比了它们的使用成本,并推荐了一种性价比最优的应力吸收层用于项目中。
To study and evaluate the comprehensive performance of different stress absorbing layers, based on the study of different stress absorbing layers at home and abroad, 5 typical stress absorbing layers, including asphalt rubber, modified emulsified asphalt, geogrid, fiberglass-polyester paving mat, and Strata stress absorbing layer are selected to conduct system experimental research. The tests of pull-out, shear, low temperature small beam bending, and fatigue are conducted. The indexes of pull strength, shear strength, breaking energy and fatigue life are used to evaluate their properties of bonding, shear, low temperature and fatigue. At last, their service costs are compared, and a type of stress absorbing layer used which has optimal cost-performance ratio is recommended for project.
