普通公路路段交通运行状态评价方法 被引量:7

A Method for Evaluating Traffic Operation Status on Ordinary Highway Section

摘要 选取平均行程车速和密度比作为交通运行状态评价指标,基于对重庆市26条国省道116个交调点检测基础数据交通分布特性的长期分析,建立了地点车速与行程车速拥堵情况下的计算模型,基于车头间距和车流量建立了密度比计算模型,同时根据评分分级试验确定了指标合理分级阈值。基于逻辑规则建立了以行程车速指标和密度比指标为评价指标的综合评价模型,找出了适用于我国普通公路运行状态的评价方法。通过对重庆市26条普通公路实际运行状况与模型判断结果进行验证分析,证明了模型具有较好的适应性。 Selecting average travel speed and density ratio as the traffic operation status evaluation indexes, based on the long-term analysis of distribution characteristics of detection data of 166 intermodulation points of 26 national and provincial highways in Chongqing, the model for calculating point speed and travel speed in case of congestion is established. Based on front spacing and traffic volume, the model for calculating density ratio is established, and the reasonable rating thresholds of the identifying indicators are determined according to grade test scores. Based on logical rules, the synthetical evaluation model which uses travel speed and density ratio as the evaluation indexes is established, and the evaluation method suitable for ordinary highway operation status in China is found out. Through verifying and analysing the determination result of actual operation status of the 26 common highways in Chongqing, it is proved that the model has better adaptability.
