摘要
目的:评价不同表面预处理方法对于自粘接树脂水门汀结树脂嵌体的微渗漏的影响。方法:选取40颗新鲜拔除的无龋坏人磨牙作为研究对象,按照嵌体制作要求制备邻牙合II类窝洞,并制作树脂嵌体。根据不同表面处理方法分为4组:直接粘接组(A组,对照组)自酸蚀处理组(B组)全酸蚀处理组(C组)磷酸处理组(D组)。处理完毕后用自粘接树脂水门汀粘结嵌体固位。经冷热循环500次,染料染色24h后,沿牙体长轴纵向剖开观察并测定微渗漏情况。结果:B组、C组、D组的轴壁龈壁微渗漏情况均优于A组,D组的轴壁渗漏情况优于龈壁,其余各组轴龈壁之间的渗漏情况无统计学差异。结论:酸蚀处理可以减少自粘接树脂水门汀与牙体组织之间的微渗漏,磷酸单独预处理对龈壁处牙本质粘结界面的微渗漏影响较轴壁处釉质大。
Objective:To evaluate the effects of different dentin conditions on micoleakage of luting resin composite inlays using a self-adhesive resin cement,Embrace wetbond resin cement. Method:According to the requirement of class Ⅱcavity,40 freshly extracted non-carious human molar were prepared and randomly divided into four groups according to dif-ferent treatment. The group were treated respectively with nothing,Adaper Easyone,Singglebond 2 and 37 % H3PO4. Com-posite resin inlays were fabricated and were luted with Embrace wetbond resin cement. After bonding,all specimens were immersed in water for thermo-cycling test,for 500 times.after dyeing for 24 hours,each specimens were cut longitudinally a-long the long axis.with the help of stereomicroscope,the microleakage of each specimens were observed and measured. Re-sult:A-group showed the most microleakage with a statistically significant difference to B-group C-group and D-group both in occlusal wall and gingival wall.Microleakage at the gingival wall was significantly greater than that at occlusal wall in D-group. Conclusion:Acid etching can reduce the microleakge at the tooth-resin interface before bonding with Embrace wet-bond resin cement,The gingival sealing was poorer than the occlusal sealing when using phosphoric acid alone.
