摘要 抗苗勒管激素(anti-Müllerian hormone,AMH),也曾被称作苗勒管抑制物(Müllerian-inhibiting substance,MIS),是转化生长因子β超家族的成员之一。在成年女性中,AMH几乎只由卵巢颗粒细胞产生。AMH的表达始于窦前卵泡,在早窦卵泡中表达量达到高峰;当卵泡直径超过9 mm时,其表达量迅速下降至几乎检测不到的水平[1]。在窦卵泡中,
