中西医结合治疗癫痫80例临床观察

Integrative Medicine Clinical Observation on 80 cases of epilepsy

目的:观察应用中西医结合的方法治疗癫痫的疗效,以期为临床应用提供依据。方法:本研究选取癫痫患者160例,将其按照随机的原则分为观察组和对照组各80例,两组患者均给与西药治疗,观察组患者在此基础上加用中药定痫丸加减治疗。随访1年,将两组患者的临床疗效、月平均发作次数和不良反应进行对比。结果:观察组患者的临床疗效和月平均发作次数不良反应的发生率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床治疗癫痫时,采用中西医结合的办法,可以显著提高临床疗效、降低发作次数,且能降低不良反应发生率,可以在临床上推广使用。

Objective： To observe the method of combining Chinese and Western medicine therapy epilepsy. Methods： This study selected 160 patients with epilepsy, which was divided into two groups and the control group 80 cases, patients were given western medicine, observed in this group of patients based on the use of traditional Chinese medicine treatment dingxian Pill. During the study period, the clinical efficacy of the two groups, the average monthly number of attacks and adverse reactions were compared. Results： The patient＇s clinical efficacy and the average monthly number of attacks, the incidence of adverse reactions were significantly better than the control group. Conclusion： clinical treatment of epilepsy, the use of integrative medicine approach can significantly improve clinical outcomes, reduce the number of attacks, and can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, can promote the use in clinical practice.
