跌倒危险因素评估在心内科老年患者中的应用和护理干预

Assessment of fall risk factors and nursing intervention applied in the Department of Cardiology in elderly patients

目的:观察心内科老年住院患者跌倒风险评估量表的使用和护理干预措施的落实对住院患者跌倒发生的预防效果。方法:将918例患者按治疗的时间顺序随机分为观察组497例、对照组421例,观察组在跌倒风险因素评估的基础上给予个体化的护理干预。统计两组患者跌倒发生情况和满意度。结果:观察组患者在实施跌倒风险评估和护理干预后患者跌倒发生率明显低于对照组,患者满意度明显高于对照组,两组患者上述指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:对跌倒风险因素的正确评估和积极有效的护理干预,不仅可降低心内科老年患者意外跌倒的发生率,而且有助于护理服务质量的提升,和谐医患之间的关系。

Objective：To observe the Department of Cardiology use and nursing intervention in hospitalized elderly patients fall risk scale implementation of hospital fall prevention effect to occur in patients with. Methods：918 patients were randomly divided into the treatment according to the time sequence of the observation group of 497 cases, 421 cases in the control group, the observation group in the basis of assessment of fails risk factors on individual nursing intervention. Statistics of two groups of patients falls and satisfaction. Results：Patients in the observation group in the implementation of fall risk assessment and nursing intervention in patients after fall incidence was significantly lower than the control group, the satisfaction of patients was significantly higher than the control group, the two groups had statistical significance in the difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：For correct assessment of fall risk factors and effective nursing intervention, not only can reduce the incidence of Department of Cardiology in elderly patients with accidental falls, but also helps to enhance the quality of nursing service, harmonious relations between doctors and patients.
