某超深复杂井井身结构设计及其石油套管的开发应用 被引量:7

摘要 根据塔里木油田克拉苏山前构造带的地质构造特点和钻井施工的难点,结合后期完井测试和开发生产的要求,设计开发了6层变7层套管的井身结构。根据该井身结构的要求,并通过超深复杂井中套管服役工况分析和典型失效案例分析结果,开发了特殊规格、钢级和螺纹类型的专用套管。60余口井的批量使用结果表明:该井身结构设计合理,能够满足克拉苏山前构造带的勘探开发要求;专门设计开发的特殊套管是安全可靠的。 Addressing to geological tectonic characteristics and difficulties encountered with well drilling in Kelasu Piedmont Tectonic Zone of Tarim Oilfield, combined with the requirements for well late completion test, and development and production, the casing program of 6 layer casing-7 layer casing is designed and developed. Special-purposed casings with especially-designed size, steel grade and thread type are developed on the basis of the requirements under the casing program, and the analyses of the casing service conditions in the ultra deep and complex well and typical failure cases. The results from batch operations of the casings in more than 60 wells show that design of the said casing program is reasonable, and capable of meeting the requirements for exploration in Kelasu Piedmont Tectonic Zone. And the special-purposed casings as especially-designed and developed are also capable of safe and reliable operation.
