摘要
介绍了一种新型冷拔钢管打头机,推导出缩径成型力计算公式;结合在生产线上的使用情况,给出了合适的生产工艺参数。该新型冷拔钢管打头机利用径向锻造的原理设计而成,生产实践证明:打头后管料头部圆整,能够顺利通过拔模,满足拔模要求,且打头速度快、效率高,易实现自动化。
Elaborated in the paper is as newly-designed heading machine for cold-drawn steel pipes. The calculation formula for the shrinkage forming force is derived, and based on actual operation circumstances of the machine in the tube production line, proper manufacturing process parameters are worked out. The new type heading machine is designed with the principle of radial forging process. Actual operation of the machine shows that the headed tube has enough round front end which ensures smooth drawing operation, and gets the drawing requirements satisfied. And the heading machine itself features high heading speed, and high efficiency. Moreover, it is easy to realize automation of the machine, when necessary.
