摘要
采用断口宏观分析、断口微观分析、金相检验等方法,对N80—1油管在进行油层水力压裂作业过程中发生脆性开裂的原因进行分析。结果表明:内壁存在一条深0.2-0.8mm的芯棒划伤是导致N80—1油管在压裂过程中发生开裂的主要原因;N80—1油管的冲击韧性较低也致使该油管发生脆性开裂。改选用冲击韧性值高的油管进行压裂作业将会降低压裂过程中油管发生脆性开裂的概率。
Causes for brittle fracture of the N80-1 tubing as occurring during hydraulic fracturing operation at oil reservoir are investigated by means of both macro and micro analyses on the fracture, and metallographic test, etc. The results indicate that the primary cause for the said fracture of the tubing is a 0.2-0.8 mm-deep scratch as made by the mandrel on the inner surface thereof. In addition, rather low impact toughness of the N80-1 tubing is also responsible for the brittle fracture. Accordingly, using the tubing with high impact toughness for hydraulic fracturing service will reduce the probability of brittle fracture.
