摘要
介绍了有别于传统的酸洗样品截面参数测定方法——计算机软件测定法,包括酸洗样品图像预处理程序模块的设计,内外焊缝宽度、深度、余高、熔宽比、熔深比软件测量方法,内外焊缝侧面角度、内外焊缝焊偏量和重合量的测量原理等。新开发的测定系统能提高测量的准确性、便捷性及样品参数的可存储性,减少酸洗样品前期酸洗及打磨的时间,并能解决测定误差大等问题。
Described in the paper is an unconventional measurement method for sectional parameters of the etch test specimen, i.e., the computer software measurement method, covering design of program modules for pre-processing of etch specimen image, software measurement of width, depth, excess metal, pool width ratio and pool depth ratio of both outer and inner welds, and measurement principles for side angles and deviation and overlap of outer and inner welds, etc. The newly-developed measurement system will enhance operation accuracy and convenience, and storage capacity of specimen data, shorten time for etching and grinding of the specimen, and solve problems like large error.
