摘要 介绍了采用液压油缸、对射光电管、增量型编码器、西门子PLC、西门子FM350-1高速计数模块等组成的钢管自动测长系统,简述了FM350-1高速计数模块在钢管自动测长系统中的应用。在钢管测长过程中,FM350-1高速计数模块可精准地捕捉编码器发出的高频脉冲信号并进行单次脉冲计数,能准确地对钢管测长;该测长系统在生产过程中大大降低了设备的故障率,并且稳定性强、自动化程度高,从而提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。 Elaborated in the paper is the automatic steel pipe length-measuring system composed of hydraulic cylinder, correlation photocell, incremental encoder, Siemens PLC and Siemens FM350-1 high speed counting module. Also briefed is the application of the FM350-1 high speed counting module to the automatic steel pipe length-measuring system. During steel pipe length-measuring process, the said counting module is capable of capturing hi-frequency pulse signals as sent by the encoder, and performing single pulse counting, and accordingly, making accurate measurement of steel pipe length. Thanks to the length-measuring system, failure rate of the equipment is significantly reduced. The system also possesses such advantages as high stability, high automation level, enhancement of productivity and reduction of operation costs.
