摘要
研究负载氧化石墨烯纤维素纸制备的纸醋复合滤棒对卷烟主流烟气中有害物质的滤除效果,考察不同氧化石墨烯负载量对卷烟主流烟气中常规化学指标和有害成分释放量的影响。结果表明:与普通醋酸纤维滤棒相比,所制备的纸醋复合滤棒能显著地降低卷烟主流烟气中焦油的释放量,但纸醋复合滤棒卷烟主流烟气中氢氰酸、苯酚、巴豆醛的释放量偏高,通过在纤维素纸上负载氧化石墨烯,能够将以上3种有害成分的释放量显著降低。因此,通过负载氧化石墨烯,能够有效弥补当前纸醋复合滤棒的不足,改善纸醋复合滤棒的应用效果。
A study was carried out on the filtration effects of filter rods made from cellulose paper loaded graphene oxide on the harmful compounds of smoke from cigarettes, the effect of different graphene oxide capacity on the chemical index and the harmful compounds of the mainstream cigarette smoke was investigated. The results showed that comparing with acetate fiber rods, paperacetate dual filter rods could significantly reduce the emission of tar in the mainstream smoke, but the released quantities of HCN, phenol, crotonaldehyde were higher in the mainstream smoke. By loading graphene oxide onto cellulose paper, the release of the above three kinds of harmful compounds can be significantly decreased. Therefore, the load of graphene oxide could make up for the shortage of paper-acetate dual filter rods, meanwhile, could improve the application effects of paper-acetate dual filter rods.
